course description:
The aim of this program is to gain firsthand experience working as a dive master. The program runs over a period of four weeks during which you will assist and help conduct all PADI courses and receive a resort training that will increase your chances for employment.
what you learn
You will put in action what you learned in your dive master course. Planning, organising and conducting all dive master duties. You will experience what its like working in big resorts (we have 5) dealing with costumers from around the world.
