PADI IDC Staff Instructor
course description:
Achieving the IDC Staff Instructor rating is a great way to add another course to your teaching options, as a IDC-S Instructor you will be able to conduct independently the Assistant Instructor course! Because IDC Staff Instructors are an integral part of the PADI IDC, you set the stage for moving on to PADI Course Director as you present topics in the IDC and help shape PADI Dive masters and Assistant Instructors into PADI Open Water Instructors.
what you learn
You will be assisting me closely on a full IDC, learn how to score the candidates knowledge development, confined and open water presentations, how to counsel and motivate them. The IDC-Staff instructor course is a rewarding course as you are actively involved in all parts of the IDC and receive very valuable tips and techniques from the course director and experience firsthand the development process of new instructors.

You must
- Be a PADI MSDT.
